Delete your Recalld account

You can delete your account and data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app (quickest)

1. Open Recalld and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you'll be asked to confirm with your Apple ID.

Your account is deleted straight away.

By email (without the app)

Email hello@recalld.co.uk from the email address you use for Recalld, with the subject Delete my Recalld account. We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We may ask you to confirm it's you before we delete anything.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your allergy profile and consent record
• Your preferences, including supermarkets and notification settings
• Your saved recalls
• The notification tokens for your devices

What we keep

We don't keep your app data after deletion. If you've emailed us, we keep those messages for 24 months after our last reply, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Advertising data held by Google is covered by Google's own retention policies.
